Tecta America Corp. Adds Capabilities in Building Services with Recent Acquisitions

Nation's Largest Roofing Contractor in Growth Mode Again

SKOKIE, IL., June 6, 2006 - Tecta America Corp., the nation's leading commercial roofing contractor, recently acquired related industry businesses which will increase the services Tecta America is able to provide its customers. The firms acquired include: B&H Coatings, a specialty coating/waterproofing firm, and CRL of Maryland, a brick and concrete restoration business, both in Maryland, and Davco Waterproofing in Florida.

"These investments are part of our strategy to provide more complete building services to our customers. Our expanded service offerings allow us to provide the right solution for our customer's unique needs. These businesses are complementary to our core roofing businesses and dovetail with our strategy of continuing to grow our service-related business. And, as with our previous acquisitions, we are genuinely excited about the quality, experience and know-how of the people involved in these operations and look forward to working with them as we continue to expand our reach and capabilities," said Tecta America's President and CEO, Mark Santacrose.

Organizationally, B&H Coatings will operate under the Potteiger-Raintree division of Tecta America, CRL of Maryland will operate as Magco Restoration, part of Tecta's Maryland based Magco division and Davco will operate under Tecta America's Murton Roofing division.  B&H Coatings was founded by Bruce Hall, well-known coatings industry expert and Davco was started by Harry Davis, who has extensive knowledge of waterproofing treatments.

Tom Potteiger, president of Potteiger-Raintree commented, "We are excited by the potential in this acquisition. The polyurea coating capability in particular offers a great deal of versatility in applications.  We feel they are an ideal fit with our business."
