Lindy Cutrona, President

Lindy Cutrona

Lindy Cutrona is President of General Works LLC and holds a State Certified Roofing Contractors license and a Marketing degree from the University of Central Florida. Her 16 years of construction management experience helps to keep your job “on track”. She also manages our Marketing Department and serves on the National Roofing Contractor Association Board of Directors.

Michael Kliber, Controller

Michael Kliber

Michael Kliber is General Works’ Controller, and a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. He spent his early career with a National CPA firm in their audit division. Mike handles the management of the administrative functions for General Works including accounts receivable/payable, payroll and human resources.

Michael Winant, Commercial Department Manager

Michael Winant

Michael Winant is one of our two Commercial Department Managers for low slope commercial roofing and Orlando theme park work. Mike brings us vast commercial experience from his life-long family roofing business, as well as his 13 years of service with General Works. He provides our customers with a superior degree of roofing knowledge for all of their commercial roofing and repair situations.

Paul P. Kennedy, Tile Department Manager

Paul Kennedy

Paul joined General Works LLC, in January 2007. He is bringing over 17 years of hands-on tile roofing experience and 10 years of management experience along with him. His duties include Project Scheduling, Customer Relations, Personnel Management, Budgeting and Safety Compliance.

Luis Hernandez, Safety

Luis Hernandez

Luis Hernandez is an experienced and accomplished Safety professional with over 25 years of combined experience in safety and risk management in both General Industry and Construction. Luis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology which complements Tecta America’s Behavior Based Safety Philosophy.

Nicole Monica, Service Department Manager

Nicole Monica

Nicole Monica is General Works' Service Department Manager, with expertise in customer service and personnel management. With a Master's Degree from DePaul University, she has spent time coaching and servicing Fortune 500 companies on leadership management and development. Nicole began her career at General Works in June 2006 as Human Resources Manager and has advanced into the role of Service Department Manager to continue to offer our customers great service and to build our customer base.

Geoffrey Hagan, Commercial Department Manager

Geoffrey Hagan is a Commercial Department Manager for low and steep slope roofing. He has 10 years experience in the roofing industry and holds a BA degree from Kent State University . Working closely with the estimating team, Geoff also administrates General Works' EDGE program.

Norm Kirkpatrick, Commercial Department Manager

Norm manages the Orlando Theme Park Division and surrounding areas for our commercial, low slope roofing department. Norm has an AAS Degree in Architectural Engineering, along with 21 years of experience in construction management, including 14 years in the roofing industry. Norm's previous positions during his career included, construction engineering assistant, field supervisor, estimator and project manager. Norm joined the General Works team in June of 2006, as a project manager for the department he now manages.
